Charles “Chaz” E. Remus, II was born and raised in Frederick, Maryland. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration summa cum laude from Towson University, where he was also a member of the Honors College. Chaz later earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law..
