David K. Gildea, the managing partner of the firm, practices in the area of real estate development, land use and zoning. J. Neil Lanzi was born on January 10, 1960 in Baltimore, Maryland and has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. His educational background includes graduating from Calvert Hall High School in 1978 as a member of the National Honor Society. Mr. Lanzi continued his education at Loyola College and graduated in the top 10% of his 1982 graduating class with a B.A. degree in Political Science.
