I have 25 years experience in bankruptcy and civil litigation practice representing clients in complex disputes in bankruptcy, real estate, evictions, probate matters, estate litigation, banking and personal bankruptcy litigation.. My practice began in Quincy, Massachusetts as a Partner of Lipman & White from June 1992 to December 2005. Thereafter, I became the Managing Attorney for the Bankruptcy Division at the Law Office of Stanton & Davis until 2011.  In 2011 the partnership of Lipman & White returned and our pracitice continues in Hanover, Massachusetts.. In 1991 I graduate from Suffolk University Law School. I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1985.. I was admitted to the Massachusetts State Courts practice in 1991 and U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, First Circuit in 1992.

ATTORNEY ROBERT J. TOMBARI, JR., attended Archbishop Williams High School, located in Braintree, Massachusetts, where he graduated with Honors in 1972.  He then attended Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree, graduating Cum Laude from its Criminal Justice Program in 1976.. In 1978, he became employed as Police Officer for the City of Lakeland Florida Police Department, where he worked for approximately four years through 1982.. He returned to Boston in 1982 to attend New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts.  From 1983 through 1985, Attorney Tombari worked with the United States Department of Justice Bankruptcy Trustee’s Office.. He graduated from New England School of Law, with Honors, in 1985 and then worked as an attorney for approximately four years at the law firm of Marinelli & Morisi, P.A., located in Braintree, Massachusetts, while developing his independent law practice.. In 1989, Attorney Tombari purchased and renovated the commercial building for his law office located at 65 Willard Street, Quincy, Massachusetts.. In 1992, Governor, William F. Weld, appointed Attorney Tombari as a Public Administrator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.. In 2003, Attorney Tombari moved his practice from Quincy, Massachusetts, as he expanded and founded a new law practice, known as, Tombari, Burbine & Callahan, LLC, located in Norwell, Massachusetts.  At the same time, this transition allowed him the opportunity to join with a long-time friend and developer founding and operating a real estate development company known as the Witsop Development Group, LLC.,  also located at the Norwell, Massachusetts location.  The law firm then merged into and operated under name of  the Witsop Legal Advisory Group, LCC, in the Norwell location.. Since 2008 Attorney Tombari has now been operating his law practice and firm under the name of the Tombari Law Group, in Hanover, Massachusetts.
