Hindell Straus Grossman formed her own firm, Grossman & Associates, Ltd. in Newton, Massachusetts following her partnership in a Boston firm for 10 years.   She has experience in Probate, District and Superior courts and  has successfully negotiated, litigated and arbitrated for clients.  Several of her successes have been published in Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly and she has been featured in the Needham Tab, Boston Business Journal and the Boston Globe. For many years Hindell has been co-President of B’nai B’rith Realty Unit, whose members include New England’s most distinguished real estate men and women.  She is a long-standing board member of Covenant House in Brighton, Massachusetts which provides affordable senior citizen housing.  Hindell is also a fundraiser, a donor to various causes and a Hospitality Host to families needing medical treatment. Hindell was raised in Rumson, New Jersey by parents in the retail clothing business. She attended Muhlenberg College and the University of Pennsylvania, and obtained her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1985.   Hindell lived in Newton for 14 years and presently lives in Brookline.   Her daughter, Ariel, graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2010 with a degree in Finance and is employed at Massachusetts General Hospital and enrolled in a Health Care MBA program at Boston University.  Her son, Micah, attends Loyola University in New Orleans where he studies Music Industry.

Matthew J. Fogelman is a founding partner of Fogelman & Fogelman LLC. Mr. Fogelman’s trial and litigation practice is focused on employment law, personal injury cases, and consumer class actions.
