During his thirty (30) years of practice, Attorney McGahan has probated estates in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has developed a diverse and extensive real estate practice representing real estate developers, condominium owners and associations, brokers, various institutional and private lenders, and buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has successfully represented persons and entities with their real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, purchase, sale and leasing of their residential and commercial real estate.. Attorney McGahan currently resides with his family in Foxboro, Massachusetts, where he and his wife are active in charitable and non-profit organizations, including coaching in the youth baseball, basketball, and soccer programs.
