During law school, Mr. Jacobs focused his education on trial work and gained invaluable experience and skills in the practice of law through working at the Wyandotte County District Attorney's Office. While at the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Jacobs vigorously fought for the rights of Kansans who had been injured or wronged by other people’s conduct and successfully prosecuted all the cases to which he was assigned. Additionally, Mr. Jacobs gained invaluable experience at the District Attorney’s Office in taking numerous cases to both jury trials and bench trials and securing convictions on each and every one.. After law school, Mr. Jacobs continued his fight for justice for people injured by the wrongful conduct and negligent actions of others when he accepted a position as the managing attorney of the Kansas City Office of Kirkendall Dwyer LLP. At Kirkendall Dwyer LLP, Mr. Jacobs represented clients who were injured, or lost loved ones, as a result of the negligence of others. Mr. Jacobs handled cases involving car wrecks, semi wrecks, products liability, and premises liability. However, at Kirkendall Dwyer LLP, Mr. Jacobs focused his practice on motorcycle wrecks and gained invaluable knowledge and experience in handling these types of cases..
