Brandon received a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Management from Texas Tech University. After Texas Tech, he worked as a Conservation Officer (Game Warden) for the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish. He graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2009. He became a member of the Montana Bar in 2010. Brandon has practiced criminal law exclusively since becoming an attorney. Brandon started his Montana legal career as a public defender. He then went on to work for the County Attorney's Office in both Hill County and Gallatin County. His experience as a law enforcement officer, public defender, and prosecutor allows him to be an effective criminal defense attorney because he has seen the criminal justice system from all angles. This unique blend of experience allows him to be very comfortable with the ins and outs of both sides of the legal process relevant to your defense needs.
