Elizabeth has almost fifteen years of litigation experience and is responsible for the firm’s Nevada litigation matters, including general civil litigation, probate and trust litigation, and family law.  Elizabeth is also responsible for the firm’s appellate practice and is experienced both in civil and criminal appeals from both sides of the bench..
