DISCLAIMER. Please be advised this profile and alleged rating were created by a company called AVVO, who I never reached out to.  The ratings are misleading as , I was just advised by an AVVO rep that a 6.5 is a default rating that is given to all attorneys, until and unless, he / she creates a profile.  An attorney may achieve a "10" rating by filling in various blanks on the AVVO page as well as a few very minor things, that do not require rocket science intelligence. This, to me, is wrong, and, I believe, mis-leading to the public.  I say this with all due respect to my colleague attorneys, not to blemish them, but because, there are many whom I admire and respect, who, deserve more than a "default 6.5" rating , and possibly are light years above the AVVO "10" rating..
