Firm: Patrick Banks Estate Planning
Practice Areas: Estate Planning
We strongly believe that a well thought plan that is implemented and maintained properly will create peace and calmness during life and make transitions through generations smooth and cost efficient. Attorney Patrick Banks strives to connect with each and every client to help identify the client’s goals and devising customized estate plans to avoid potential road blocks in achieving those goals.. Before starting his own law firm, Mr. Banks practiced law for several years at large law firms focusing on litigation where he learned creative ways to identify and solve problems facing large organizations. During this time, he represented clients in multi-million dollar litigation in the federal District Courts of New Jersey and New York as well as the state courts of New York and New Jersey.. While representing large corporations was both challenging and rewarding in its own way, Mr. Banks eventually decided that his law degree would be better used in representing individuals and their challenges. To that end, he left the large law firm world in 2007 to join a general law practice.. During this time he built a law practice with an emphasis on representing individuals in in estate planning and administration as well as elder law and family law matters. In that time, his background in litigation helped him successfully represent victims of nursing home and long term care facility negligence.. Mr. Banks graduated from Villanova University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000 with a Juris Doctorate degree.

He fought for us and with due diligence helped us receive the recompense we needed to help us pull through. He worked with experts and compiled an amazing amount of proof and information to win our case!". Adel. "Outstanding Advocate". "Patrick represented me and my sisters in a wrongful death suit against the surgeon who operated on our mother. We found him to be exceptionally empathetic and completely honest about what we could expect from the process. He invested a huge amount of time analyzing more than 1000 pages of medical records, taking depositions, collecting and analyzing expert opinions, etc. Throughout our ordeal, Patrick was great about communicating with us and was always available when we had questions or concerns. I have tremendous respect for him and the work he does and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs a medical malpractice attorney. Great guy, terrific attorney.". Tom G.
