Before starting his own law firm, Mr. Banks practiced law for several years at large law firms focusing on litigation where he learned creative ways to identify and solve problems facing large organizations. During this time, he represented clients in multi-million dollar litigation in the federal District Courts of New Jersey and New York as well as the state courts of New York and New Jersey.. While representing large corporations was both challenging and rewarding in its own way, Mr. Banks eventually decided that his law degree would be better used in representing individuals and their challenges. To that end, he left the large law firm world in 2007 to join a general law practice.. During this time he built a law practice with an emphasis on representing individuals in in estate planning and administration as well as elder law and family law matters. In that time, his background in litigation helped him successfully represent victims of nursing home and long term care facility negligence.. Mr. Banks graduated from Villanova University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000 with a Juris Doctorate degree.
