David S. Hartstein was born in 1944. He graduated from Fairlawn High School in 1962 and Rider College in 1966. He graduated Fordham Law School in 1969 and was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Mr. Hartstein was admitted to the New York Bar in 1970 and to the New Jersey Bar in 1973. He is also a member of the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit.
