I serve as discovery counsel in commercial and product liability matters, frequently on behalf of manufacturers engaged in pattern litigation.INFORMATION GOVERNANCEI work with clients to effectively manage and organize their information assets while containing costs and minimizing related organizational risks. I audit, assess and investigate current information governance practices and guide clients toward their objectives by drafting document-retention plans, social media guidelines, cloud computing policies, permissible use policies and “bring your own device” policies.
