After 1 month later he didn't like the company then put a resignation and HR accpted it. 2 months later send a legal notice saying that you agreed to work with for a term of employment, which is in breach of your legal obligations failing to finish your term. You failed to fulfill your contract term and contractual obligations resulting in losing payment on invoices and H1 costs for which the vendor has refused to pay due to your breach. You have violated and abandoned your contractual and legal obligations.This conduct constitutes tortious interference and breach of contract Please contact me to confirm within three (3) days from the date hereof to discuss your payment of damages for your breach and conduct. Location: New Jersey I was also never informed I was fired, I just found out I was fired last month. When I talked to them they just said they might not be able to accommodate my restrictions but they'll let me know when they decide. Well, on Friday I got a letter from the DOL saying they need more information about my application for unemployment and in there it said I was terminated, and my employer told them I was terminated for breaking company policy due to my permanent restrictions. Now I'm worried my unemployment application might be denied due to them never notifying I was terminated, I applied because of reduced hours since I wasn't getting any hours after being released from workers comp, but it turns out I was fired and never told.
