He has  authored a chapter in the Aspatore Books, Inside  the Minds series on Trends in Consumer Bankruptcy Filings.. His  15 years experience as Chapter 7 Banktuptcy Trustee combined with his nearly 40 years experience as a bankruptcy practictioner give him the unique ability to analyze a potential bankruptcy case from both sides and to identify and deal with potential problems in your case BEFORE your case is ever filed.. Mr. Detzky is a member and former trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth Bar Association.
