Mark graduated from Trenton State College, now known as the College of New Jersey, in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science  Degree in Criminal Justice.  While in college, he also played intercollegiate varsity football.  He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden in 1990, and was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar that same year.  While in law school, Mark served as an intern at the United States Attorneys Office, Civil Division, for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Upon graduation, Mark served as a Judical Law Cerk for the Honorable Herman L.
