Her background includes commercial transactions, intellectual property, employment law, privacy, cyber-security, risk management, litigation management, and corporate governance and formation.The proud daughter of a decorated Naval officer and a schoolteacher, Francine is happy to have called New York her home for over twenty-five years. She lives with her family in Nassau County, happily raising two amazing children with her spouse, and doting on several rescue animals. When she's not focused on her clients, she can be found enjoying all that Long Island has to offer.Francine graduated cum laude from Smith College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Ethics. She received her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
