Professionally, my focus is employment-based immigration law. I represent companies and individuals in obtaining nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas/greencards. In the realm of greencards, my expertise is in PERM Labor Certification and labor certification exempt applications. A large part of my practice also relates to family-based immigration (e.g. a US citizen spouse claiming their foreign spouse).  Not only do we help prepare applications for processing in the United States and for consular processing abroad, but I spent a great deal of time with my clients preparing them for interviews and attending interviews with government immigration authorities when feasible.  In the context of family-based immigration, I help my clients work through difficult problems relating to waivers, illegal status in the United States, issues with status violations and evidence necessary to support their case..
