L.J. specializes in corporate/professional immigration involving employment-based immigrant/nonimmigrant petitions, as well as family-based immigration. L.J. is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association where he serves on the national Department of Labor Liaison Committee and is a frequent speaker at the local and national levels on business immigration matters. L.J. also maintains one of the largest H-2A/H-2B practices in the U.S. He is a nationally recognized leader in the processing of seasonal visas for Ag employers, the landscaping industry, and the thoroughbred racing industry, as well as in providing guidance on compliance issues.
