Despite all the lawyer jokes, attorneys play an important part in advocating for their clients’ interests. This is where my years of experience will benefit your company. WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE:. •I am the recipient of Martindale Hubbell’s Client Distinction Award, an honor bestowed on less than 1% of all attorneys practicing in the United States, based on the quality of service, overall value, and responsiveness I provide clients on a daily basis.. •Having concentrated on the intricacies of construction, environmental, and government contract law, I am able to quickly identify and resolve hurdles before they become insurmountable and costly.. •As an adjunct professor, I educate future construction professionals to apply their understanding of the law to compete in the volatile construction industry.. •I routinely publish articles and provide client alerts on cutting-edge legal issues, statutory changes, and other innovations, including public private partnerships and environmental incentives, so my client may capitalize on these innovations before other industry leaders.. HIGHLIGHTS:. •Successfully defended structural engineer against a $27 million claim involving a public high school.. •Coordinated Public Private Partnerships for local and international clients involving infrastructure repairs in the United States.. •Applied knowledge of solar energy construction and smart grid applications for use by several internet data centers.. •Drafted compliance manuals with practical documentation for government contractors to avoid possible False Claims Act suits.
