Location: Ohio and Texas. I adopted a husky in Mid June from a foster rescue in Texas. He was transported and arrived to me July 18th. Transport was three people who drove a bus packed with dogs and cats over a period of 5 days. My dog arrived 2 days into the trip. The rescue and foster told me he was in great health he had all of his shots and was neutered on the 6th of July. He did not travel in a cone. The problem is he arrived to me with Hyphema in one of his eyes and both eyes were and continue to be bloodshot even with treatment. The night he arrived we went to the er and later the vet. I have eye appointments scheduled. He is on medication however he is not improving and is likely to go blind due to some blood disorder or illness he had before he was transported. I have been in contact with the adoption agent and the foster. Originally I was told he had not left with red eyes and was in perfect health. The led me to believe something happened during transport however later I found out from the adoption agent he has red eyes at his neutering on the 6th though not to the extent he arrived to me in. The vets are still concerned there was abuse or trauma on the trip along with a bleeding disorder. The contract for the rescue states that I would…
