I grew up in a small town in rural New Mexico. I attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology. I then moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law.. I have a wife and four children. Phil Ryan has personally appeared at approximately 3,000 social security disability hearings. He authored the book 7 Costly Mistakes That Can Ruin Your Social Security Disability Claim (and how to avoid them). Phil has received the hightest rating available (AV) from his fellow attorneys.
