Patricia L. McGrail is the President and Managing Attorney of McGrail & Associates, LLC, formerly Law Offices of Patricia L. McGrail, LLC.  She has been engaged in the practice of municipal and school law since 1980.  She represents public sector clients in all areas of public sector law, including labor and employment, delinquent tax collection, land use and zoning.  Mrs. McGrail has been able to offer her public sector clients a broad range of services so that they are able to utilize the firm as a “one stop shop”, while maintaining cost effective representation for all necessary services.. Mrs. McGrail is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals, for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  She was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners and served from 2001 through 2005.. Mrs. McGrail is on the Board of the Elizabeth Township Area EMS, a nationally accredited emergency medical service for whom she acts as general legal counsel.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of Center for Victims Inc., one of four centers for victims of violence in Allegheny County.  She has served as President of the Board of Directors of Serra Catholic High School and is founder and past-president of the Serra Catholic Mother’s Guild, which is responsible for fundraising for the student scholarship fund.   In 2003, the YWCA of McKeesport named Mrs. McGrail a Woman of Achievement in Business. Mrs. McGrail is an active member of the Mon Valley and Pittsburgh communities and lives in Elizabeth Township with her husband and son.
