Chad believes that attorneys best serve their clients by solving problems, and he has represented or counseled clients in labor arbitrations, unemployment compensation hearings, mental health expungement cases, MA eligibility hearings, appellate litigation, child abuse expungement hearings, Right-to-Know Law matters, Sunshine Act matters, contract issues, bail forfeiture matters and a variety of other civil litigation matters.. Chad serves as the Solicitor of a Second Class Township and regularly represents clients in matters of statewide importance in the Commonwealth Court and other courts. Chad formerly served as the First Assistant County Solicitor for the County of Berks, where, after being nominated by the Berks County Board of Commissioners, he attended the Center for Excellence in County Leadership in 2019.
