My practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. For over 25 years, I have proudly represented individuals who have been harmed by asbestos or injured by defective products. It is only through hard work, diligence and perserverance that the the injustice done to these individuals can be undone.

Justin, affectionately known as "Bamberg from Bamberg," is a native of Bamberg, South Carolina. After finishing law school in just two and a half years, he began his legal career with a mid-sized, premier civil defense litigation firm based in Charleston - where he litigated on behalf of his clients in state and federal court. He has represented clients in an array of cases ranging from minor motor vehicle collisions to catastrophic injury and large scale class action litigation. In 2014, he left the insurance defense industry to be an advocate for injured or killed persons and their family throughout the State of South Carolina and United States.. Justin Bamberg stands up for and with his clients, aggressively representing them as a trial attorney and advocate for justice. He has represented clients in a wide array of personal injury matters, and as lead or co-counsel, has represented individuals in some of the highest profile cases in recent American history.. But regardless of the size or notoriety of a case, Bamberg is relentless in his pursuite of justice. This is because he understands what is most important when a client’s life is turned upside down: Clients’ lives matter.. Justin is a Member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, where he serves the citizens of House District 90 in Bamberg, Barnwell & Colleton Counties. He currently sits on the Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Environment Affairs Committee, the House Operations & Management Committee, and he is the Parliamentarian for the South Carolina Legislative Black Caucus. Justin is the current 3rd Vice Chair of the Bamberg County Democratic Party, and he is a Whip for the House Democratic Party.
