Born and raised in Wyoming, with two childhood detours through North Carolina and New York State, I joined the Air Force. After serving eight years, I left the Air Force. Married, I now have two children. I have played college baseball and watching a pitcher’s duel thrown by the Atlanta Braves is one of my family’s favorite summertime events. I have flown the backbone of the Air Force bomber fleet – the B-1B. In the process, I developed an airspace plan over northern Iraq the likes of which had not been seen by the then-Commanding General. I give this same dedication to my clients, whether at the shortest of 15-minute hearings in full trial.
