After earning his undergraduate degree at MTSU, Dayne matriculated to Belmont University College of Law. At Belmont, Dayne excelled academically, earning his way onto Dean’s List and receiving Best Performance Awards for Evidence and Criminal Procedure. Dayne was also heavily involved in Belmont’s Board of Advocates and was part of the first Belmont Mock Trial team to ever compete on the national stage.
