Dennis Damonn Spurling completed his studies at Southern University Law Center in spring 2000, where he earned a perfect score on the Louisiana bar exam in July of that year. During his time at Tulane Law, he acquired hands-on experience at the Civil District Court of New Orleans, serving under judges such as Roland Belsome and Nadine M. Ramsey. He played a leading role in the Arkema Class Action, obtaining class certification for the residents of Crosby, Texas, affected by the incident.
