Trey Loftin is the former Judge of the 43rd Judicial District Court of Parker County, Texas, is a former assistant DA and Felony Prosecutor, and is Board Certifided in Crimnal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Recently, Trey was named a "Top Attorney" by Fort Worth Magazine.  Trey is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.. Trey has proscecuted, defended, and judged every type of criminal matter.  As an attorney for the defense, Trey has won not guilty verdicts to juries for murder, assault and sexual assault, robbery and theft, child cases, drug offenses and DWI..
