In 1995, Don left the “dark side” and has spent his time since then representing injured people in lawsuits against insurance companies and corporations. At The Bob Richardson Law Firm, Don has successfully settled and tried cases ranging from minor impact car wrecks to million dollar wrongful death and medical malpractice actions.  He recently won an appeal at the Texas Supreme Court that preserved the rights of all Texans against automobile liability insurance companies who try to get out of paying valid claims. Don is married to a School Nurse Manager and is the father of two teenagers.
