A North Dakota native, Andrew concentrates his practice on estate planning and probate. He has a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and a minor in Criminal Justice, from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Andrew earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During law school, he was an intern with the school’s Estate Planning Clinic. In his final semester of law school, Andrew gained valuable experience interning with David E. Ross in Park City, Utah. After passing the bar, he was hired by Gjesdahl Law, PC in Fargo, North Dakota. After 3 years at Gjesdahl Law, Andrew moved back to Park City, UT after accepting an associate position with Bowman-Carter Law, PC.. Andrew is admitted to practice in Utah, North Dakota and Minnesota. He is a member of the Utah Bar, Minnesota State Bar Association, North Dakota Bar Association, along with the Utah State Bar Estate Planning Section, Business Section, and the Park City Bar Association.

My husband and I have our own practice in Old Town, Park City, Utah. We specialize in estate planning, probate litigation, business organization and general counsel for small businesses, real estate work (transactional and litigation), and Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. We also help those individuals charged with low-level crimes (mostly DUI and possession related charges). We take pride in our attention to detail and the personal touch that we provide to each and every client. We are also very fair in our billing practices and we don't "nickel and dime" our clients. In our down time, we like to ski, mountain bike and hang out with our dogs. We are also dedicated to helping two non-profit organizations each year with legal needs.
