She is the author of “HIPAA 101, Five Key Concepts Every Virginia Litigator Should Know which appeared in the June/July 2004 issue of The Virginia Lawyer”; and the co-author of “Must We Use a Professional Corporation or Professional Limited Liability Company for Physician Practices?” which appeared in the Virginia State Bar Health Law News in May 2001..
