As an Elder Law Attorney and former special education teacher, I have been involved in advocating for individuals with different needs from both the legal level and the societal level for my entire work career. I began teaching individuals with learning disabilities in a model resource room environment. I incorporated research into my classroom to develop the most effective teachning methods.
