I enjoy making complicated legal issues simple to accomplish the goals for my clients, who usually are families of modest means needing advice and assistance. I practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning (wills, powers of attorney and trusts) and Guardianships. I also do some family law cases- seeking settlement if possible so that people can resolve their issues and get on with their lives. It is important to me that my clients understand what their choices are, and that they know what the next steps are when they leave my office. I'm always available to answer questions for clients and former clients. I enjoy singing and hiking.
