My practice focuses on Elder Law but I handle estate planning and related matters for clients of all ages. Elder law primarily encompasses estate planning, probate, guardianship, special needs planning, and elder protection. I am Certified Elder Law Attorney.*  This certification is given by the National Elder Law Foundation only after meeting rigorous testing and experience criteria.   It is exceptionally rewarding to provide guidance and support for clients as they face the complicated issues associated with aging. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Applications and Systems Analysis from California State University Fresno. He received his law degree from the San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno, California, graduating in the top ten of his class. Steve has practiced law since 1994.
