As a mediator and Collaborative attorney, I help divorcing parents reach complete, durable agreements. Mediation and Collaboration give parents latitude to explore difficult issues, without sparking unmanaged conflict.. I often work in tandem with therapists, accountants and child psychologists so that divorcing parents have the information and support they need to make informed choices, and to transition smoothly to a two-household family.. Give me a call, and we will discuss whether mediation or Collaborative Law is a fit for you and your family.

My passion for the law began with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1997. I went on to obtain my Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. I have a demonstrated record of success in jury trials, bench trials, and administrative hearings.. I am an experienced and compassionate family law attorney. Beginning in 2010, my practice has been focused on Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Administrative Law with the administrative focus on college disciplinary hearings, Department of Health defense for medical professionals, and challenging CPS findings. I have also worked extensively in the juvenile courts as a court appointed attorney representing parents in CHINS cases.. In 2014, I obtained my certification as a mediator and began ‘dabbling’ in mediations. In 2019, I quit ‘dabbling’ and transitioned my family law litigation practice into a full-time mediation practice. I am married to a retired sheriff’s deputy and have one adult daughter, a poodle, a schnoodle, three donkeys, a miniature horse, and two bunnies.
