A Wyoming native, Marty L. Oblasser attended the University of Wyoming to obtain both her undergraduate and juris doctor degrees.  Marty began her career as an associate attorney in the Legacy Planning Department with a law firm in Casper, Wyoming.  During that time, Marty not only focused on building an estate planning and business law practice but she also engaged in trust litigation matters and successfully argued to the Wyoming Supreme Court.  In January 2015, Marty became a partner with Wyoming's oldest law firm, Corthell and King, P.C.  Marty is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Wyoming as well as the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Ryan Semerad began his legal career in 2016 as a litigation associate for the international law firm, Jones Day, in Cleveland, Ohio.  In May 2017, Mr. Semerad moved across the country to clerk for the chief judge of the newly formed Nevada Court of Appeals, the Hon. Suzannah B. Gambell earned her B.S. at Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire in 1999.  After graduating she moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming, where she worked for ACS, the fiscal agent for Wyoming Medicaid for four years.  In 2003, she began attending the University of Wyoming, College of Law and graduated cum laude in 2006 with a Juris Doctorate.
