Jason received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Montevallo and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1994. During law school he was an officer on the Trial Board and served as Director of the Negotiation Team Competitions. After graduation, he began his practice as an associate in a well established general practice firm in Birmingham where he concentrated on representing small businesses and estate planning and administration.
