Brianne is a Founding Partner of her own firm, Falgien Warr & Iyer, P.C., and she specializes in personal injury and workers' compensation. Brianne joined her former firm, The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya in 2009, upon graduating from The University of Denver College of Law and immediately began her litigation career. While associated with The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, she tried jury trials, handled hundreds of mediations and depositions, negotiated countless six-figure settlements for clients, and pursued her clients’ rights to receive compensation for their medical bills, lost wages, and the pain and suffering they have endured. Brianne created the personal injury litigation department there and was the head of the litigation department for over 8 years. She also spent several years at the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya practicing workers' compensation.. She was first drawn to law because of her keen interest with the criminal justice system and crime investigation. Growing up, she wanted to be a criminal lawyer. In pursuit of that goal, she graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. However her perspective changed, as she became an adult and found that she was much better suited for civil law. While attending law school, Brianne spent three years as a Law Clerk and Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for one of Denver’s largest personal injury firms. Andrew Bedell was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, but obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminology from Colorado State University. Upon graduation, he immediately gained employment at a Greeley workers’ compensation law firm fighting for the medical treatment and lost wages of injured workers. The significant degree of change brought about by the attorneys he worked for inspired him to attend law school and practice law for himself.. Andrew then sought adventure in Nebraska and enrolled in the Creighton Law School.
