Mr. Holt received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah in 1981. He then enrolled in the College of Law at the University of Utah, graduating in 1984. He graduated in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation. He was also an Articles Editor of the Utah Law Review during his time at law school.. He began his career at the Phoenix firm of Evans, Kitchel & Jenckes in the fall of 1984.
