About Bruce Fagel
Dr. Fagel is an attorney and physician who represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases against doctors and hospitals exclusively on behalf of an injured patient. We specialize in cases resulting in catastrophic injuries caused by a doctor or hospital negligence, such as birth or brain damage, wrongful deaths, cerebral palsy, Erb's palsy, nursing home negligence, delays in diagnosis of cancer, and paraplegia cases. Dr. Fagel has four associate attorneys working with him who assist in the evaluation, investigation and discovery process of your case under his direction. A supportive and knowledgeable staff of more than 15 is also available for whatever you may need during and after your case is completed.
