Mr. Hampton received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University in 1986 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1989. He was admitted to practice in California in 1989 and Texas in 1995.. Mr. Hampton serves as Judge Advocate for the Special Forces Home For Christmas Fund which helps Marines travel home to spend the holidays with their families. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Bahia Sail Racing Association which supports community, club, and high school sailing programs as well as individual amateur sailors while promoting the sport of sailing.
