He has also litigated cases involving various forms of property damage arising out of soil movement, fire, and other causes.. Mr. Eisenbaum obtained his Juris Doctorate in May 1990 from Pepperdine University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University in 1987. He grew up in Denver, Colorado.. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1990, and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California..
