I have been a licensed Attorney in Connecticut since 1988 opening my own law practice in 1992. I concentrate in everything real estate including: sales, purchases and mortgage refinances. In addition to traditional real estate matters, I have developed a niche in the real estate market dealing with distressed properties including: short sales of conventional and reverse mortgages and foreclosure prevention strategies..
