He has experience in general negligence and products liability law, commercial law, automobile negligence, construction, and workers’ compensation. His practice experience and emphases include trial work (on both the federal and state levels), worker's compensation, and all matters of insurance law. He oversees all insurance trial work for several Fortune 500 companies as the partner in charge of litigation at his firm..
