It’s a bit tired this complex. Many retail shops are closed which certainly dampens the vibe.
Cinema complex seems like it closed a long time ago. Shame.
The Embarcadero Centers 1–4 offer great food, shopping, fitness options, and occasional events like concerts. There’s also a serene rooftop area that’s perfect for catching some sun or enjoying lunch outdoors, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The buildings are well maintained — and they’ve already set up for the holidays!
As a tourist, I really enjoy strolling through the passages and labyrinths of this complex. You've just been in the city, and then you're instantly transported away from the hustle and bustle, enjoying the stunning architecture and incredible floral arrangements.
