We have expertise in the representation of clients processing at US Consulates worldwide, and in the preparation of Adjustment of Status Applications here int he United States. We specialize in I-601A Provisional Waivers of Inadmissibility. We also have worked extensively with hospitals and healthcare workers for permanent residency, with professionals for H-1B visas, with musicians, religious workers, and entrepreneur investors and employees of trading companies. Recently, we have been preparing a large amount of applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). We also prepare VAWA Petitions and U Nonimmigrant Status Applications..
