I have been a divorce attorney since 2003. After being certified in the field of Domestic Violence, in 2000, I joined the Legal Aid Society of Santa Ana, where I provided legal services to domestic violence victims. In 2005, I joined a Family Law firm, which mostly catered to celebrity clients in complex cases. Now, as a sole practitioner, I am able to represent all prospective clients, regardless of their handle all aspects of a divorce, and my specialties are cases involving child custody and domestic violence. I have obtained countless restraining orders; but have also defended countless clients in cases where restraining orders were not warranted. I also handle mediation, and have represented clients in premarital agreement cases. I have integrity and great standing before all judges in the Downtown, Santa Monica, and Van Nuys courthouses. I charge on a sliding scale. My billing rate is $275 per hour.  Most clients have retained me in the past for my skills in cross-examination and trial experience, my dedication to a child's best interests, and my conscientious stance toward a divorce case: if settlement is a viable option, opt for it... don't send your attorney's kids to college; send your own kids to college.
