He has over 15 years of legal experience, including over 10 years of experience advising clients in the San Diego area regarding their estate planning options and drafting will or trust- based estate plan packages for them.. Richard graduated Magna cum laude in 2005 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Prior to that, Richard graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University in 1992, with a major in History and minor in Philosophy.. Richard has lived in the San Diego area since moving to attend law school in 2002. Since 2008, Richard and his family have resided in the north county city of San Marcos, where he has been an active parishioner of St. Mark’s Catholic Church. He was honored to serve as Grand Knight in the Thomas P. Healy Council 6979 of the Knights of Columbus in 2013-2014. He was also proud to serve as President of the Filipino American Santo Nino Association of San Marcos for two years in 2018-2020.. More recently, Richard was made a member of the Board of Directors at the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce-North San Diego, where he is proud to serve as the organizations Secretary.. In his spare time, Richard enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
