Richard was recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the 2015, 2016, and 2017 editions of Northern California Super Lawyers as well as a “Rising Star” in the 2012 – 2014 editions of the publication. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School in 2000. Prior to law school, he earned undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from Stanford University.
